Zeagle F8 Octo

A lightweight, high-performance backup second stage built on Zeagle's flagship F8 platform.

The F8 Octo brings the breathing performance of Zeagle's top regulator to your alternate air source. It stays calm on the surface, where many octos free-flow and waste air, yet breathes smoothly the moment you or your buddy need it. With a yellow cover and a 36" hose, it's easy to find and pass off in an out-of-air situation.

Features

• Free-flow control: A pre-dive/dive switch resists Venturi free-flows, which can drain significant air from an octo that's dangling or stowed during a dive.
• Adjustable breathing resistance: The co-molded inhalation effort knob lets you set the cracking pressure anywhere from easy to stiff.
• Pneumatically balanced second stage: Delivers smooth, consistent breathing with low effort.
• Cold-water ready: A redesigned heat sink with more surface area improves heat exchange to help prevent freeze-ups.
• Corrosion-resistant: The inlet tube and heat sink are zirconium-plated.
• New inhalation diaphragm: Super-soft silicone over a low-friction disk resists tearing and responds quickly to each breath.
• Improved exhaust valve: Keeps breathing dry and lowers exhalation effort.
• Leak-resistant seat: Soft silicone molded over a 316 stainless steel insert seals airtight without leaking.
• Comfort mouthpiece: A co-molded silicone mouthpiece fits better and reduces jaw fatigue.
• High-visibility setup: Includes a yellow cover and 36" hose.
• Lightweight: Just 1.25 lbs dry.

Materials: TPU cover, Nylon 12 case, 316 stainless steel and silicone poppet seat, elastomeric polymer diaphragm, silicone exhaust valve, and nitrile O-rings.
